Our 30-day cozy promise

We want you to love your Toastloft order. If it's not right, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

How to start a return
1. Email us at support@toastloft.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with the return address and simple instructions.
3. Send the item back unused, in its original packaging.

Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used or washed
- Gift wrap and handwritten notes

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
